DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Famous Double Chocolate Cookies (GF) Recipe

The Lodge at Woodloch’s Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Cookies
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup heaping cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 4-5 egg whites
- 3 ¾ cups mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt in mixer with paddle attachment on low speed. Mix in egg whites and vanilla until homogeneous. Mix in chocolate chips.
Scoop teaspoon-sized cookies onto parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
