Biking

Below is a sampling of biking activities that may be offered at The Lodge at Woodloch and evolve throughout the seasons. Please reference our class & activity schedules for the most current biking classes, dates, and times.

Basics of Mountain Biking

Embark on a forest adventure! This trail ride, exploring our winding woodland trails and old logger paths, offers a moderate challenge. Mileage varies depending on trails used and desire of the group, but generally averages 3 miles.

Country Road Ride

Enjoy a 12 mile ride on the back roads in the Delaware State Forest, about 30 minutes away. Rolling terrain with wide, gravel roads make for a great introduction to biking for the novice or a leisurely ride for more experienced cyclists. Riding time is about 2 hours.

Fat Tire Biking

Mud, steep climbs, snowy singletrack- our (seasonal) fat tire bikes eat it all for breakfast! They’ll clear any climb, and will help you roost corners so hard that they won’t know what hit ‘em. Be sure to check out our fat tire bikes for a snowy excursion during the winter months.

Open Biking

Biking is an open activity available to guests at any time during Lily Pad hours (conditions permitting). Guides are on hand to assist you with our cruiser bikes, trail bikes, or fat tire bikes or to answer any questions that you may have.
