Thai Bodywork
Guests are required to come dressed in loose comfortable clothing, fitness or workout gear.
Deeply rooted in ancient practices, Traditional Thai Bodywork is performed on a comfortable mat. Through a combination of gentle stretching, precise point therapy, and focused breath work, it aims to foster not only physical relaxation but also to harmonize the body’s energy flow, promoting a profound sense of balance and well-being.

Restorative Herbal Massage
A centuries-old Thai-style massage with a local spin! Enjoy a relaxing massage using warm herbal poultices combined with gentle stretching techniques to loosen tight muscles, stimulate blood flow, increase energy, and restore harmony. Our herbal poultices are hand-crafted using traditional Thai herbs combined with our own local blend to provide a restorative and detoxifying experience.

Reflexology
This ancient methodology focuses on pressure points in the feet and hands that correspond to various organs and systems throughout the entire body. Pressure point stimulation opens energy pathways, promoting greater circulation and relaxation.
