Wine Lovers

Calling all wine lovers, do you prefer a dry glass of red wine or a sweet glass of white? Then our wine lovers add-on is for you! In your room upon arrival you will find a premium bottle of wine (please choose red or white), along with local artisan cheese and fruit tray. At dinner on the first night of your stay, enjoy a Sommelier Sez in our TREE Restaurant, which is a personal flight of wine (per person) paired with your dinner and chosen by our in-house Sommelier.
Wine Lovers can be added to any room rate for $175 (plus tax).

Birthday Swag

Celebrating a birthday? Upgrade your stay with a little something for the birthday honoree.  The stars are aligned for the birthday girl who will receive a stunning Zodiac Necklace from Satya Jewelry. Each necklace uses the constellation of when she was born and within the brightest star sits her birthstone.   Our resident wine slinger, Leslie Britt, has paired each birthday month with a signature cocktail to compliment the array of personalities of each zodiac sign.  Also enjoy a potted plant from our expert botanical team to take home for a purely Zen year ahead.

Babymoon

Celebrate the new endeavor ahead! Your Babymoon upgrade includes a special gift basket for the soon to be parents, which includes a special baby gift and book for you to read to your cherub, an unscented coconut oil that both Mom and baby can use, and and a house-made baked treat for the Mom-to-be late night hunger pangs and cravings.
Babymoon can be added to any room rate for $100 (plus tax).

Couples Retreat

Love is in the air...take a break and retreat with that special someone. On your day of arrival, you will receive a touch of fresh flowers, a gift basket filled with a couple's yoga book, Tara Aroma Wellness Bath Salt and Body Oil, two Riedel wine glasses (yours to keep) along with a bottle of red wine, a Lodge at Woodloch wine key, and Chef's Sweets to greet you. 
Romance can be added to any room rate for $165 (plus tax).

Gourmand Getaway

Prepare to be pampered in fine dining! On your day of arrival, you will receive a bottle of wine, a cheese plate, a recipe notebook, The Lodge at Woodloch's own Nurture with Nature cookbook, along with a Lodge at Woodloch cutting board, logo'd apron, and gourmet trail mix as a ride-home snack from our Chef. In our TREE Restaurant, savor the delectable delights with a special additional course prepared just for you by our Executive Chef and his culinary team on your first night of stay.
Gourmand can be added to any room rate Sunday - Thursday for $220 (plus tax).

Terms & Conditions

Package rates are per person, per night, are subject to change, and vary based on room type, single or double occupancy, and date of stay. Supplement of $100 per night for single occupancy. For your convenience, in addition to the quoted price, a 20% service charge and applicable state and local taxes will automatically be added. Additional gratuities are not necessary or expected. Any add-on spa services, consultations, private activities, and alcoholic beverages will automatically add the service charge and applicable tax to the quoted price. All guests must be at least 16 years of age. Weekends and holidays are subject to a two-night minimum stay. Holiday rates may differ.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The Lodge at Woodloch would like you to rest-assured that your travel plans, health, and well-being is of our highest concern.  Our Cancellation Policy, listed below, allows you to adjust your plans in as little as 3-13 days prior to your arrival. 

The Lodge at Woodloch knows that calendars and travel planning can be stressful.  A two-night advance deposit is required to secure your room reservation. Deposits are applied to the last two nights of your confirmed room reservation. For your convenience, your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $25 processing fee (per deposit) if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival. If for any reason, your travel plans need to change after the 14 day window, the following arrangements have been made:  For cancellations 3-13 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your advanced deposit will be kept on file and may be applied toward a future stay within one year of your cancelled reservation.  For cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival, half of your advanced deposit will be forfeited and the other half will be held for use within one year of your cancelled reservation.  In the event of early checkouts, your deposit is applied to any cancelled night(s), and in the event of a “no show” your deposit will be forfeited.  Special promotions and offers may have different cancellation policies.
