Lori Fish Bard, MS, CNS, LDN is a licensed clinical nutritionist and board-certified integrative health counselor who uses a holistic, functional, and integrative approach to wellness. Her areas of expertise include gut and digestive health, metabolic syndrome, thyroid health, autoimmune conditions, and ADHD.

Lori received her Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University for Integrative Health. She works as a functional nutrition coach with Sarana Health and sits on the Advisory Board of the Celiac Disease Program at Children’s National in Washington, DC
