Dr. Shefali Patel, Board Certified OB/GYN
October 3rd-4th 
Dr. Shefali Patel, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in the full spectrum of gynecologic care, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Her beautiful, boutique practice is located in Westfield, NJ, Dr. Patel stopped performing obstetrical care in 2008, after the birth of her second child. In addition to routine gynecological care, she now focuses on providing expert care in birth control, HPV management, PCOS, menopause management, fibroids, minimally invasive surgery, and the treatment of endometriosis.

In addition to her superb skill, Dr. Patel is praised by patients for her compassion and sensitivity. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Gujarati. She earned her medical degree from the prestigious Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1999, followed by an internship and residency also completely at Mount Sinai. Dr. Patel spends many hours a year in continuing medical education to continue to provide her patients with the newest cutting-edge medicine.
